This event was hosted by the newly formed Friends of Carlyle Lake in cooperation with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Proceeds from this fundraising event went towards purchasing a viewing scope and educational bald eagle panels to be placed in the General Dean Recreation Area.

Custom illustrations were created of a few fun halloween themed characters to align with younger audiences and families near the community.
These custom digital assets were used throughout the promotion of the event.

A custom illustrated animation short was created to help generate online excitement pertaining to the upcoming event as well as increase local brand awareness of the newly formed organization.
